We are an award winning contempory styled salon, with a vibrant and friendly atmosphere and we're conveniently situated in the centre of Sudbury.
The team at Creative Couture have collectively over 45 years in salon experience.
We are all unique and our aim is to help you feel and be the very best version of you. Our purpose in life goes much deeper than great hair, it's about change in mentality. Spreading the idea that it is in-fact ‘cool’ to be kind. We operate a strict no judgement policy and our clients are from every walk of life.

Creatively, our vibrant colouring is a very new concept that has gone global. High polish, high shine immaculate application makes every creation look expensive.
Yes, we offer amazing creative colours but don't forget, we do the same amount of flawless natural hair too. From bold and bright to soft and subtle all that matters is you are listened to properly and your hair reflects you.

All staff regularly attend training courses at some of London’s most prestigious training academy’s, and all Stylists and Beautician are trained to a minimum NVQ level 3 (Advanced Hairdressing Award) standard.

Meet The Team
Ann-Marie Sell
Salon Director
Advanced Creative Colourist & Cutting technician
As Salon Director Ann-Marie Sell is Creative Couture’s founder and most experienced stylist.
Ann-Marie describes her work as a passion and her commitment to achieve the highest standards has won her numerous awards (including 2nd place in an international competition).
Ann-Marie is highly skilled in all areas of hairdressing and specialises in creative colouring, creative cutting and Racoon hair extensions (the number one in hair extensions). Such is Ann-Marie’s skill level she was asked to represent Racoon at Salon International in 2011.
Ann-Marie is also a qualified trainer and says "I'm now focusing on developing my team of Honey Bee's to achieve the same high standards of work, to create the ultimate in salon experience".
When Ann-Marie's not rearranging tiaras she's busy running her two gymnast daughters (Isabella & Sofia) to training & enjoying our local water meadows. Ann-Marie also loves to spend time with her Husband Neil dining out and traveling!
Amy Palmer
Creative Art Director
Creative Colourist & Bridal / Hair Up Specialist
Amy joined the Creative Team in 2012 and she loves both cutting and colour and is the perfect choice if you want to have a full transformation or even if you just love to see the same person all the way through.
She's got a really positive vibe and most importantly she's a really good listener. You know that your consultation will be thorough and you will be left with that feeling that she really 'GOT YOU', which makes all the difference.
"Being listened to is really important" says Amy. 'I think everyone deserves time and care.'
Amy is extremely personable, mix this her natural ability with hair and her drive to be part of the most successful salon in the area has made her one of our most requested stylists.
When Amy isn't busy at the salon she loves to spend time with her family and fiancée Chris. Amy also dotes on her fur-baby Poppy and spends hours taking her on long countryside walks.
Gemma Bloomfield (Kitty)

Imogen Wyatt
Senior Stylist
Cutting Technician
Imogen joined the Creative Team in spring 2014 after being head hunted by salon director Ann-Marie.
Imogen has gone from strength to strength gaining new qualifications and is currently hoping to study towards her TAQA (teacher training) Level 3 Award. Popular with her clients and colleges alike, Imogen is a highly qualified award winning Stylist.
With a career spanning 8 years Imogen is particularly competent and has many specialist areas but the areas Imogen feels she excels in is Advanced Cutting and Creative colouring on both male and female clients.
"Invest in your hair! Its the crown you never take off and uniqueness is what makes you beautiful " Says Imogen!
Clients get a 100% focus from Imogen who is the shining example of great professionalism who also takes her work very seriously and but ensures customers feel welcome and relaxed.
When Imogen isn't busy making her clients feel amazing she loves spending time with her two daughters Myla and Elsie. They spend a lot of time outdoors and regularly go on walks, splashing in puddles and going to the park.
Tegan Barrs
Salon Assistant
Apprentice Colourist & Stylist
Tegan is fresh on the salon floor this year as our Salon Assistant, however don't let that fool you that she isn't great!
Crazy, fabulous and super creative Tegan will keep you smiling and confident the whole way though your Creative Couture experience!!!
When Tegan isn't assisting us stylists she loves to draw and enhance her art skills. Oh we do love the "Arty Type"!
Club Couture
Welcome to Club Couture, the exclusive membership club of Creative Couture.
